| • | Soak almonds in water for 12 hours.

| • | Drain and change the water of almonds.

| • | Peel them and keep aside.

| • | Add little milk and grind it finely.

| • | Mix ground badam and sugar in a large skillet.

| • | Cook this mixture, stirring constantly.

| • | Make a thick paste.
|
| • | Make a roti of the thick mixture when cool.

| • | Now cut it into pieces.
|
| • | Almond Katli is ready to serve.
